National Online Concert Band Exhibition
The internet is the medium of the kids of today. When I was a child, I was so excited when we performed on television. We’ve noticed that same excitement in kids today when they consider the internet.
So HSBDNA partnered with BandDirector.com to host the first National Online Concert Band Exhibition. We’ve had schools across the country participate and we’re impressed with the enthusiasm that has been generated.
A couple of comments from Band Directors….
…We have a fairly large band program with about 180 students split into three concert bands. This is the “2nd Band”, this video has been a great incentive for them these past few months and it’s kept them from feeling like the JV team.
…this looks like a fantastic idea!!
… this was a great opportunity to put technology to use!
…our kids are so excited!
